South Africa Travel: Yellow Fever Card Expires

South_Africa_Travel_YellowFeverYou now have one less item to remember for any future South Africa travel! The South African Department of Health have removed the requirement to to produce proof of vaccination for Yellow Fever when crossing the South African border from Zambia and Tanzania.

Now in effect, the decision ensures nations classed by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as “low risk yellow fever countries,” including Australia, do not require the documentation. This, in addition to the recent introduction of the new tourist visa, the Kaza Univisa, that permits entry into both Zambia and Zimbabwe, is fantastic news, making travel within Africa easier for Australians.
